Aimee manages each listing from the moment a property hits the market through to settlement. She oversees contracts, marketing, photography, advertising, compliance and buyer documentation, while keeping communication flowing between vendors, buyers and other parties.

Brooke focuses on getting each property market-ready, coordinating photography, floorplans, marketing materials, signboards, online listings and campaign scheduling. She ensures every property is presented to the highest standard and every campaign is ready to launch on time.
Together, this means every part of the sales journey has someone dedicated to it, while Skip can remain focused on what he does best โ working closely with buyers and sellers and negotiating the best possible outcome for our clients.
