First National Real Estate welcomes honest, friendly and open conversation on our page, however we reserve the right to remove misleading comments or discussion posts which stop this happening or are selective with the facts. People who are continually detrimental to others’ enjoyment of this page risk being permanently removed as fans. We reserve the right to
remove comments which:
• Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
• Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Contain swear words or other language likely to offend
• Could break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity (this includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court).
• Are seen to impersonate someone else
• Include contact details such as phone numbers, postal or email addresses
• Are written in anything other than English
• Describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or well-being of others
• Are considered to be 'spam' (posts containing the same message posted multiple times)
• Are repeatedly off-topic for the discussion to which you are posting
• Are purely commercial in nature and promote a product or service which does not have First National Real Estate’s endorsement
First National Real Estate welcomes feedback, both positive and negative, but please make sure your comments are in line with the above guidelines. Repeatedly posting personal or offensive comments about individual Facebook users or people who work for First National Real Estate may be considered harassment. By commenting on this page you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to abide by the House Rules laid out above. Note: there are a wide range of swearwords and interpretations of those words. We intend to moderate language using a ‘common sense’ approach for some of the less offensive words, and see them in the context of their post. People will also attempt to censor themselves, by using starts or symbols in place of letters in swearwords. Again, we would take a common sense approach to this and remove occurrences of self-censorship which could be deemed offensive.
