I had the pleasure of inspecting and learning some history about this property in Mitchelton last week. The owner who has now passed away lived in this house his whole life, with it originally being owned by his parents. Being from a generation that avoided spending money (growing up in a depression will do that!) meant the property hadn’t had a lot of maintenance and was still largely original. However, the beauty of these properties is that although it looks tired and run down it is still as strong as ever and ready for its next owners to revitalise it and bring it back to its former glory.
The vinyl flooring wasn’t glued in some areas and the newspaper underlay was preserved in time. Check out the products and prices!
