ตามที่ปรากฏข่าวในสื่อต่าง ๆ ของออสเตรเลียว่า เมื่อช่วงค่ำของวันที่ 14 ธันวาคม 2568 ได้เกิดเหตุการณ์ยิงกันบริเวณชายหาดบอนได (Bondi Beach) และย่านถนน Campbell Parade ในนครซิดนีย์ โดยมีรายงานผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บหลายราย นั้น

สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ นครซิดนีย์ ขอแจ้งเตือนคนไทยที่พำนักหรือท่องเที่ยวอยู่ในนครซิดนีย์ และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง โปรดหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางไปยังชายหาดบอนไดและพื้นที่โดยรอบจนกว่าสถานการณ์จะคลี่คลาย

Today, Sunday 9 March, we're assessing network conditions after severe overnight weather and have received some cancellations for today.

⚠ Buses in the following areas aren't running due to damage to the network: Redlands, Gold Coast, parts of Logan, parts of Moreton Bay, Toowoomba, and Lockyer Valley. NEW: Brisbane City Council buses have recently been suspended due to flooding and weather impacts.

⛴ Southern Moreton Bay Island ferries are working toward resuming services later today. We'll provide information when confirmed.

🛑 Trains, Brisbane River ferries, and trams remain suspended.

We’ll provide further updates on services for Monday 10 March later today.

#เตือนภัย พายุไซโคลนทรอปิคอลอัลเฟรดยังคงก่อตัวอยู่บริเวณชายฝั่งควีนส์แลนด์ และคาดว่าจะขึ้นฝั่งในช่วงคืนวันพฤหัสบดีถึงเช้าวันศุกร์นี้..
.พายุไซโคลนอัลเฟรดมีโอกาสสูงที่จะเคลื่อนตัวเข้าสู่ชายฝั่งตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของรัฐควีนส์แลนด์และตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของรัฐนิวเซาท์เวลส์ในสัปดาห์นี้ โดยคาดว่าจะมีความรุนแรงในระดับ 1 หรือ 2 ตามมาตราวัดพายุไซโคลน ขณะนี้ พายุไซโคลนอัลเฟรดมีความเร็วลมกระโชกสูงสุดถึง 130 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง และอยู่ห่างจากเมืองบันดาเบิร์กไปทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือราว 370 กิโลเมตร

พายุไซโคลนลูกสุดท้ายที่เคลื่อนตัวขึ้นฝั่งในภูมิภาคตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของรัฐควีนส์แลนด์คืออดีตพายุไซโคลนโซอีในปี 1974 ซึ่งหมายความว่าหากพายุไซโคลนอัลเฟรดขึ้นฝั่งในสัปดาห์นี้ จะเป็นพายุลูกแรกในรอบกว่าห้าทศวรรษที่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อพื้นที่ดังกล่าว
