Congratulations to our migration section for the success story!

Another significant refugee case win at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) secured by our litigation and migration lawyer Hiwa Zandi. The case spanned over a period of seven years involving several ART (including its predecessor AAT) hearings and the filing of several submissions. The case had become more convoluted by the fact that the client was going through health issues (being over the age of 82 years) and that he had come from a non-traditional refugee producing country. We are glad that our continued and conclusive advocacy has brought joy to another family that deserved protection.

Another hint of positive visa application review outcome at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Madina Lawyers and its associated migration firm Migrating to Australia Consultancy specialise in AAT migration review matters.
