Having started my Family Law career in 2003, I have now been practicing in family law for over 20 years, devoting to guiding my clients through life's most difficult times. I was in solo practice for 12 years starting Queensland's first virtual law firm focusing on family law, and so remain passionate about the delivery of quality legal services both in person and by harnessing the best technology

available to deliver those services remotely (virtual or online video eg. zoom, Skype, Teams) throughout Australia as if I were meeting or attending in person. As a child of family separation myself, it is my desire to help others experiencing the pain and fear of separation and bring them through that process as in-tact as possible, doing so with empathy, understanding and clarity. A delight to hear of Better Outcomes Coaching & Mediation, present last week at BNI Gateway.

Vicki is a conflict/separation coach who presented on how she coaches over 65's away from feelings of loneliness, isolation, disappointment with life and sadness, to reclaim feelings of achievement, pride, hope, and adventure and excitement for the future.

She also helps our separated clients rediscover the wonderful things about themselves they've forgotten due to separation fracturing self-identity. It's a privilege to get to partner with such people as Vicki to provide our clients with pathways of hope and motivation moving forward. 🌤

A lovely morning spent with , debunking common misconceptions surrounding family law!

My mission as a family lawyer is to assist individuals as they navigate the often-complex pathways of family law, ensuring that each human story is heard and validated.

For me, that involves ensuring clear communication at every step and that every party involved has clarity on the legal process.

Hi! I'm Allyson Gagliardi - Legal Practice Director at Rockwell Family Law. Welcome to my page! 👋🏼

Here's a little introduction to get to know me better...

I've been practicing family law for over 20 years, starting my career in the industry in 2003.

My interest in family law was born out of my own experienced of family separation as a teenager. I felt and witnessed pain and fear at that time and found myself wanting to help others experiencing the pain and fear of family separation in a way that would mean, as a lawyer, I could bring them through that process as in-tact as possible.

As a result, it is always my aim to empathise and support my clients on a true human 2 human level with patience, tolerance and kindness, helping clients achieve their best outcomes and protect the best interests of their children. 🤝

I hold a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (media and law) from Griffith University, and graduated the Legal Practice Course at the end of 2000, Bar Practice Course in February 2001.

I'm also a qualified Solicitor Advocate, allowing me to represent my clients in court.

Having started Queensland's first virtual law firm focusing on family law, my passion for using technology to advance family law has developed into a deep interest in AI. I'm now proud to be leading the charge in research and experimentation of the use of AI in family law, to assist lawyers and clients in having the smoothest and highest-quality experience navigating legal matters.

My love extends outside of the legal field to my fur-babies, who can often be seen attending my online zoom meetings with clients. 🐈
