Update - Franchise Disclosure Register
All franchisors must create a franchise profile and publish the relevant disclosure information on the new Franchise Disclosure Register by 14 November 2022. The Australian Government's Franchise Disclosure Register can be found here https://franchisedisclosure.gov.au
From 15 November 2022, Franchise profiles will appear on that Register and prospective franchisees will be able to search, view and compare information on franchise profiles published on the register.

Temporary changes to the online portal for Franchisors on provision of additional disclosure information – more information can be found on your franchisor dashboard.
