8504 First Entry Date Skilled Migration visas and Business visas
اعلام تاریخ ورود ویزاهای مهارتی و سرمایه گذاری به استرالیا

اداره ی مهاجرت استرالیا برای دارندگان ویزاهای مهارتی و تجارتی که در زمان اخذ ویزاهای خود، خارج از خاک استرالیا بوده اند و مشمول شرط 8504 "باید قبل تاریخ مشخص، وارد خاک استرالیا شوند." هستند، اطلاعیه ای ارائه کرده است.

ممکن است، با توجه به ویروس کرونا و محدودیت های سفر ناشی از آن، دارندگان ویزاهای مهارتی و تجارتی نتوانند شروط ویزا، از جمله تاریخ ورودی که در ویزای آن ها درج شده است را رعایت نمایند.

چنانچه نمی توانید قبل از تاریخ ذکر شده در ویزای شما که به عنوان"Iinitial Entry " درج شده است، وارد خاک استرالیا شوید، مشکلی ایجاد نخواهد شد و می توانید تا مدت زمان اعتبار ویزا، از این اطلاعیه اداره مهاجرت، جهت ورود به کشور استرالیا استفاده نمایید.

• کسانی که دارای ویزاهای توریستی می باشند دولت آن ها را تشویق به ترک استرالیا می کند. چنانچه خارج از استرالیا می باشید در حال حاظر برای ویزای توریستی اقدام نفرمایید.
• دانشجویان بین للمللی: در حال حاظر، دانشجویان خارج از خاک استرالیا با توجه به محدودیت ها نباید جهت ویزای دانشجویی اقدام نمایند.
• ویزاهای سرمایه گذاری : افرادی که متقاضی دریافت ویزای 888 هستند ، ویزای آن ها در دسامبر ۲۰۱۸ انجام می شود و پروسه ی دریافت ویزای ۱۸۸ همانند قبل انجام می شود.

• Business visa - clients who applied for 888, at the moment they are processing December 2018 visas, and 188 clients will be processed as usual

• Processing of provisional offshore visas such as 491 will be now slowed down.

ممکن است به حد اکثر 20 هزار دلار از سوپر (بازنشستگی) خود دسترسی داشته باشی

New 491 Small Business Owners pathway ($100,000 investment) for onshore applicants is now open
‫ویزای جدید سرماگذاری برای افرادی که در داخل خاک استرالیا هستند (سرمایه گذاری به میزان $100.000) باز شد ‬
لطفا توجه داشته باشید، این ویزا برای متقاضیان داخل استرالیا می باشد و کسانی که خارج از استرالیا می باشند برای دریافت این ویزا واجد شرایط نمی باشند.
این ویزا محدود به ایالت کوئینلنداست و ایالت های دیگر اپانسر شما نخواهند شد. این ویزای موقت 491هست و شما باید به مدت 3 سال در مناطق ریجنال کوئینزلند کار و زندگی کرده باشید تا بتوانید جهت دریافت این ویزا اقدام نمایید.
جهت اقدام برای این ویزا می بایست:

این ویزا به شما اجازه ی زندگی در تمامی مناطق به جز شهرهای بزرگ (سیدنی، ملبورن و بریزبین) را می دهد.
این ویزا شامل خدمات درمانی می باشد.
این ویزا، ویزای 5 ساله است که شما قادر به دریافت ‪PR‬ بعد از 3 سال کار و زندگی در مناطق مشخص می باشید.
شما باید به مدت 3 سال روی درآمد ‪$53,900‬ مالیات پرداخت کنید. این درآمد می تواند از داخل و خارج از استرالیا تامین شود.
استیت اسپانسرشیپ ایالتی و یا خویشاوندی برای اخذ این ویزا لازم است.
چنانچه می خواهید از طریق خویشاوندان در استرالیا اسپانسر شوید باید شغل شما در لیست ‪MLTSSL‬ موجود باشد.
جهت اخذ استیت اسپانسرشیپ ایالتی برای ویزای 491 شغل شما می بایست در لیست ‪STSOL‬ و یا ‪MLTSSL ‬ باشد.
شما نمی توانید از مناطق ریجنال قبل از 5 سال و یا قبل از دریافت ‪PR‬ خارج شوید.
جهت دریافت ویزا باید از سوی یکی از ایالت ها دعوت شوید.
در زمان اخذ دعوت نامه باید زیر 45 سال باشید.
باید دارای ‪Skill Assessment‬ باشید.
شما باید دارای 50 امتیاز باشید و استیت و یا خویشاوند به شما 15 امتیاز می دهد.
این ویزا دارای شرایط زیادی می باشد از جمله ی آن ها گزارش متداوم هر 6 ماه، به اداره مهاجرت درباره ی ماه محل کار و زندگی و همین طور محل تحصیل فرزندان می باشد
امتیاز ها تغییر می کند جهت اطلاع از این تغییرات پست بعدی ما را از دست ندهید.
