Got your nomination approval? That’s great—but you’re not at the finish line yet. 😉

For employer-sponsored visas like 407, 482, 494 & 186, nomination approval is an important step, but your visa application still needs to be assessed separately.

JRP TIP FOR TRADE WORKERS 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Did you know that business trading hours are not necessarily the same as your working hours?

For your Job Ready Program (JRP), make sure your reported employment hours accurately reflect your actual working arrangement — not simply the business’s opening hours.

📌 Keep records that support your employment information, such as your employment contract, roster, payslips, and time records, where available.

Accurate employment information matters.

Who would have thought an Office Manager role could lead to sponsorship?

We’re celebrating another successful Skills in Demand (Subclass 482) visa outcome! 🎉

💼 Occupation: Office Manager – ANZSCO 512111
Visa: Skills in Demand (Subclass 482)
Stream: Core Skills
Visa Granted: 19 August 2026
Stay Until: 19 August 2028

This is a great reminder that employer-sponsored opportunities aren’t always limited to the occupations you might expect.

Your current role could potentially open a pathway to Australia — but the key is understanding whether your occupation, experience, and circumstances meet the relevant requirements.

So if you’ve ever wondered:

“Can my occupation be sponsored too?”

It may be worth exploring. 👀

📩 Send us a message to find out whether your occupation may qualify for an employer-sponsored pathway.

Migration outcomes vary depending on each applicant’s individual circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
