Bring your willingness to learn, sense of humor, and superhero flair, and together, we'll save the day!
What's your mission, should you choose to accept it?
As a Conveyancing Trainee, you'll embark on a thrilling mission to learn the secrets of the industry:
✅ Mingling with clients, law firms, banks, and brokers (charm them with your superhero charisma!)
✅ Conducting property searches (like a real estate Detective Comics character)
✅ Negotiating contract conditions (channel your inner Silver-Tongued Superhero)
✅ Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents, and general documents (unleash your Word Power!)
✅ Calculating settlement figures and shortfall funds for clients (with the speed and accuracy of a human calculator)
✅ Arranging settlements (assemble the party like a true superhero squad)
✅ In-house Stamping (stamping out injustice, one document at a time)
✅ Preparing and lodging Title Office forms (with the precision of a well-aimed Batarang)

✔ Previous conveyancing experience is a bonus, but not required (every hero starts somewhere!)
