Queensland's rental reforms have changed the way we process applications. 📄

With the new Form 22, we're now limited in what information we can request from tenants.

So what does that mean for owners? It means trusting your property manager to do the legwork. We still assess affordability, verify income, and run every applicant through the national tenancy database to make sure nothing slips through.
