Why We Do Not Share Visa Grant Letters
We do not share or publish clients’ visa grant letters as part of our marketing and avoid the same
A visa granted to one person does not mean that another person will receive the same outcome. Every migration matter is assessed according to the applicant’s individual circumstances, evidence, eligibility requirements, applicable migration law and circumstances at the relevant time.
No Visa Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
• visa approval;
• an invitation;
• nomination or sponsorship;
• processing times;
• a particular decision by the Department of Home Affairs or any other authority; or
• that another client’s outcome can be achieved in your case.
Past results are not a prediction or guarantee of future outcomes.
We do not encourage anyone to engage our migration services simply because another client received a visa.
Another person’s visa grant, occupation, nationality, qualifications or migration history may have little relevance to your own eligibility.
Sharing visa grant letters may also create unrealistic expectations or give the impression that a similar outcome is likely for everyone. That would not accurately reflect the individual nature of the Australian migration process.
Assessment Before Acceptance
Before accepting a migration matter, we aim to understand the client’s individual circumstances and assess the proposed pathway.
Where appropriate, we will explain:
• relevant visa options;
• key eligibility requirements;
• significant risks or weaknesses;
• documents or evidence that may be required;
• alternative options that may be available; and
• matters that may affect the prospects of the proposed application.
We may decline to accept a matter where we do not consider it appropriate to provide the requested immigration assistance.
What We Market
Our marketing focuses on:
knowledge, professional advice, careful assessment, preparation, compliance and client service — not promises of a visa outcome.
The final decision on any visa or migration application is made by the relevant Australian Government authority, not by the migration agent.
