After a busy week, sometimes the best thing you can do is get out and support your community.

Last weekend, our team headed down to cheer on Souths Logan Magpies for an afternoon of lunch, footy, and great company. Giving back is part of who we are, and we're proud to sponsor both the Souths Women's and Junior Men's teams, but pairing that with time together as a team makes it even more special.

The scoreboard didn't go our way this time, but it was a brilliant Sunday in Brisbane all the same. Go the Magpies!

As part of our ongoing commitment to our Magpie’s community and particularly our young players, Antoinette Morton and Emma Hunt sat down with the Senior women’s playing group of the Souths Logan Magpies at Marsden State High School to share insights on some of the challenges players might encounter on and off the playing field.

An evening of hard questions and engaging conversation, helping the women understanding their rights as young women and athletes and the potential risks they may experience when socialising with friends or teammates.

These conversations aren’t always easy, and we know that opening up in a group setting takes trust. We were excited to share this space with the playing group and being a small part of their future. Thank you to the Souths Logan Magpies for their warm welcome and for their commitment to the growth of players as people not just athletes.
