Our client is seeking a passionate Diploma trained Lead Educator looking for an Assistant Centre Manager position, eventually leading to a Director position within the coming years.

The Role
Motivate and lead a team of educators
Create a positive and fun working environment.
Support the Centre Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
Working alongside your dedicated Centre Manager, you’ll lead, mentor, and develop your centre’s team, to ensure the centre, and the children in your care, thrive
Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
You already have
ACECQA approved Early Childhood Degree or Diploma or equivalent
A current Working with Children’s Check or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
Commitment to delivering the National Quality Standards
Strong and positive communication, leadership and management skills
