The successful candidate will develop an in-depth experience of Australia’s skilled/employer sponsored migration landscape, and grow in responsibility to fully manage the successful preparation, lodgement and approval of visa applications on behalf of clients (primarily Employer Sponsored and Skilled visas).

Tasks & Responsibilities
*To manage the successful preparation, lodgement and approval of visa applications on behalf of clients (primarily Employer Sponsored and Skilled visas).
*Provide accurate migration advice to clients and adequately manage cases to reduce the risk of refusals.
*Respond to clients concerns and enquiries accurately and in a professional and timely manner.
*Regularly update internal business systems (CRM) to reflect case status/progression.
*Maintain a high level of communication and customer service.
*Stay abreast of migration changes.

Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor (Law) degree or Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice.
*In-depth understanding of Australia’s Skilled/Employer Sponsored Migration regulations.
*Proven experience in prioritising casework (or university projects).
*Experience preparing and lodging visa applications.
*Demonstrated time management skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ideally a competent user of Mac OS and Google Workspace.
*Bilingual an advantage.
*Open to considering outstanding recent/near graduates.

About the role

Your new role will see you 50% delivering an approved Kindergarten program and 50% Educational Leader providing programming and planning support, professional development, mentoring, guidance and advice to all service Educators throughout all rooms.



You will also have the opportunity to deliver a Kindergarten program in collaboration with a second Teacher at the centre.

What we are looking for in a Teacher:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent
Strong Knowledge and understanding of National Quality Framework and Standards ("NQF" and "NQS"), the Early Years Learning Framework ("EYLF")
Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and implement a high quality, educational and child centred programs
Exceptional relationship building skills with families, children and other educators within the service
Confidence in providing professional mentoring, and show a strong sense of leadership
Previous experience teaching
Excellent communication, planning and time management skills
Ability to relate to individuals of various age groups, social and cultural backgrounds
