There are clauses in the Contract or Form 1 document that may make you switch off and start thinking about the laundry you left in the washing machine and didn't hang up!

These clauses may seem unimportant but you need to make sure that you understand what you are entering into BEFORE it is too late.

What if it was meant to be subject to finance and wasn't?
What if there are significant problems with the property but you find out too late?
What penalty interest could you be charged if you cannot meet the settlement date?

As someone who visits our local BMX tracks, please take the time to leave your feedback about the 4 tracks the council manages!

I would love to see better lighting, and angle parking at Suffolk Rd Reserve!

And if you didn’t realise one of these was there, make sure you grab the bikes and go visit!

2 years ago today..............

I got up in the morning, dropped the kids to school and instead of going into an office, I came home and sat down at my desk in my new "home office". I was scared stiff. That day was the first day of Complete Conveyancing SA.

The things that have stayed the same in those 2 years:

👉 Same desk
👉 Same room
👉 Same dog lying on the floor next to me every single day

There was a lot of things that changed also though. So many I did not imagine. The things that have changed:

👉 Family and Friends
👉 Laughing more
👉 Flexibility to be with my kids
👉 Feeling proud
👉 Motivated to be better

I cherish those closest to me, both new and old, and who have been there through the lowest of lows and some of the highest of highs!

Will definitely celebrate 2 years in business today with the biggest smile on my face.
