What a month it has been!
Throughout September, our offices and teams got involved in Wellness Month with activities focused on connection, movement, wellbeing and, of course, a little bit of fun along the way.
From puppy yoga and Pilates to team walks, shared lunches and plenty more, it was great to see everyone getting involved and filling their cup in their own way.
And while September may be wrapping up, our focus on wellbeing isn’t. We’ll be continuing our focus on mental health and mindfulness with Chelsea Pottenger from EQ Minds through our upcoming wellbeing workshop series.
A huge thank you to everyone who got involved and made Wellness Month such a success.
