At OFRM, our connection is more than just sponsorship – Mark O’Farrell is the incredible President of Sandhurst, who has driven and lead the club to the amazing position of contesting so many premierships. Club success like that doesn’t happen without volunteers, one of Sandhurst’s greatest volunteers is our legal service coordinator Kylie Ellis.

We are also chuffed to see Claire McGee who OFRM sponsored in her Strikers role, lining up in the A Grade Netball Grand Final.

OFRM Family Lawyer Sam Eddy is getting towards the end of his first year as a lawyer, so we thought it was a good time to check in on what is the type of work he does at OFRM Lawyers as a first year family lawyer!

🔹 attending client meetings to take notes and be a second sounding board for clients
🔹 liasing with clients to assist them meeting their obligations regarding disclosure
🔹 analysing asset pools & disclosure documents to make sure we have the full picture
🔹 drafting court documents & preparing for court hearings

Alongside completing work to assist our clients, Sam has to endure constant cycling discussion from the cycling obsessed in the office, as well as ignoring subtle requests for him to bring his DJ skills into the office... 🎧
