It's possible you remember Liane helping you with your conveyancing at some point in the last almost-three decades...well, she's now a lawyer supervising our conveyancing team, and she's laser focused on the estate planning and estate administration needs of our clients. A well known local face is now a new owner!

With over 27 years in the legal industry, Liane Breen rejoined the James Moore Lawyer team in early 2026 after she made the decision in 2020 to obtain her law degree. She has since been admitted to the Supreme Court in Queensland as a lawyer. Just in time for the new financial year, Liane bought into the business with Legal Practice Director Bill Goodwin to become a new director and lawyer at James Moore Lawyer.

Liane has an extensive background in property and conveyancing, and is now specialising in succession law including testamentary trusts, estate planning and estate administration.
