The response to the 2026 Bega Customer Service and Business Awards has been truly overwhelming, with hundreds of nominations received from across our community. 🌟

Over the past few months, our mystery judges have been quietly visiting businesses and observing everything from customer service and professionalism, to cleanliness, product knowledge, food quality, online presence and more.

After an incredibly difficult judging process, finalists have now been narrowed down to five in each category - no easy task, especially in categories like Senior Woman of the Year, which received an amazing 26 individual nominations.

Congratulations to every individual and business nominated. Being recognised by your customers, peers and community is a remarkable achievement and a reflection of the hard work, passion and dedication you bring each day. 👏

We look forward to announcing the winners at our Gala Black-Tie Awards Night on Saturday 23 May.
