You may have heard of the important update for Queensland property buyers & sellers - As of 1 August 2025, sellers must provide full property disclosure before a contract is signed under the Property Law Regulation 2024. This includes title, zoning, easements, building/pool compliance certificates, and body corporate/community title info.

❗ What you need to know and why it matters: Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure can allow a buyer to terminate the contract—even right up to settlement. Preparing these documents can take time, which may create delays or risk.
