Your rent statement should make sense without a follow-up call.

A lot of owners receive their monthly statement and still aren't quite sure where everything went. What was the expense? Why was that deducted? Is that figure right?

Clear financial reporting is a basic part of property management. Rent received, expenses paid, net disbursements. Plain and simple.

If you regularly find yourself reading a statement and feeling more confused than informed, that's worth paying attention to.

Say hello to Alice Trajanovski, our Leasing Agent here at Stella.

Alice made a career change from traffic control into real estate, which tells you a lot about her straight away. Practical, focused, and not afraid to back herself.

She was drawn to property through a genuine love of homes and a curiosity about the market, and she's settled into leasing really naturally.

Outside of work, Alice plays goalkeeper for Coniston FC. Calm under pressure, reads the situation quickly, handles whatever comes at her. Honestly, pretty good qualities in a leasing agent too.

A few more things about Alice…

Her go-to coffee order is a chai latte, and on weekends you'll usually find her playing soccer, hanging out with her partner Cooper & trying out new places to eat.

Bellambi is worth paying attention to right now.

It sits right on the coast, close to Wollongong's C*D, and demand has stayed steady across both buyers and renters.
