Things to think about when making a Will 📝

Here are some key points to keep in mind:

1️⃣ You can change it anytime – Your will isn’t set in stone. As your life changes, your will can too.

2️⃣ You must have legal capacity – You need to be of sound mind and able to understand the instructions you’re giving.

3️⃣ No undue influence – Your decisions must be your own. A will should never be made under pressure, manipulation, or coercion for someone else’s benefit.

4️⃣ Proper witnessing is essential – Your will must be signed in the presence of two independent witnesses, both over 18. These witnesses cannot be beneficiaries of your will.

Getting these basics right helps ensure your wishes are respected and legally valid. ✔️
