I commenced managing this complex in March this year following bad reviews around the previous manager. Since taking it over I have brought this place to where the residents comment saying they now feel safe.

I complete entry and exit reports, property inspections, general tenancy agreements and daily clean up around the premises along with any maintenance issues.

I’m now in search for further rental properties.
