We are regularly contacted by former clients of Bradley Munt & Co Solicitors, who are looking for their wills and other important documents.

Bradley Munt was a solicitor in Redbank Plains for several decades. His firm closed in 2023 and his clients' safe custody documents (wills and enduring powers of attorney) are still held by him personally.

We have been able to assist many of Brad's former clients to recover their important original documents.

If you're on holidays this week, it may be the perfect opportunity to do your will and enduring power of attorney. We are offering appointments this week.

We do wills across two appointments. At the first appointment, we take your instructions about your family and financial situation and your wishes for your will. We can offer these appointments in flexible ways: in person at our office, by telephone, by Zoom or at your home or another location.

We then prepare your will and meet with you to sign your will. This can either be done at our office or at your home or another location. We can email or post wills with instructions for signing, but we always strongly recommend meeting in person so we can explain the documents and ensure the documents are signed in compliance with the strict rules in place for will signing.

We offer fixed pricing for wills and enduring powers of attorney, which start from $350 for a single will or $550 for wills for a couple. We also offer testamentary discretionary trusts and more complex wills. We are happy to have a chat with you about your circumstances and provide a quote for our fees so you can move forward with certainty.
