With warmer weather peeking around the corner, it's time to get those pools ready for picture-perfect moments. 📸🏝️ Whether you're a homeowner or a real estate pro, these four steps will ensure your pool is the perfect oasis.

Clean and clear! Start by giving your pool a thorough cleaning. Skim off debris, vacuum the pool floor, and brush the walls to eliminate any buildup.

Balancing act! Properly balanced water not only looks crystal clear but also ensures a comfortable swim. Just imagine the stunning blues front and centre in those photos!

Surroundings matter! Trim those overgrown plants, mow the lawn, and consider adding some fresh potted plants or stylish outdoor furniture to create an enticing poolside atmosphere.

Light it up! Don't let the sun be the only source of light, install or update your poolside lighting. Evening shots with well-designed lighting can turn your pool area into a mesmerising paradise.

Open plan kitchen and dining looks fantastic—when it’s done right! Unfortunately for stressed-out sellers everywhere, the kitchen and dining combo is difficult to balance. You need to create spaces to both cook and relax, which means the area needs to accommodate two different functions while looking great. Achieving this can be really tricky, which is why we’ve created this easy-to-follow guide to get you started!

🪴 Use rugs to create sections! The two areas can become a bit blurred, so putting rugs in both ‘rooms’ is a great way to separate the spaces without putting up a wall.
🪴 Stick to your styling! While they are separate spaces, the kitchen and dining room should look consistent—so pick a theme and use it throughout the whole area.
🪴 Choose the right dining table! Getting a table that is the right size and shape for the space will make all the difference—which can be really hard to judge when you don’t have actual tables to compare. If you’re unsure, try choosing a table that is shorter than the kitchen counter.
🪴 Focus on your lighting! Ambient lights are a great way to create a more relaxed vibe. Try adding some pendant lights over the kitchen counter and a floor lamp in the dining area to really bring everything together.
