Counselling can play an important role in the healing journey for people impacted by family and domestic violence.

Experiencing violence can affect your confidence, wellbeing, relationships and sense of safety. Speaking with a trained counsellor can provide a safe, confidential space to process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and begin healing at your own pace.

Relationships Australia Northern Territory offers the Healing Inside Program, providing specialised counselling support for people affected by family and domestic violence.

If you or someone you know could benefit from extra support, CAAFLU can assist with a referral, or you can contact Relationship Australia directly for more information.
