As this year comes to an end, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to every client who chose Border Conveyancing to guide you through the conveyancing process in 2025.

As the year wraps up, the team at Border Conveyancing will be taking a short break to rest, reset and enjoy some much needed time off to spend with family and friends.

Thank you to all of our loyal clients for your continued support throughout this year. We have successfully settled a HUGE amount of transactions this year and we are all rather exhausted, but we are extremely proud of how many happy clients we have serviced.

Our office will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 19 December 2025, reopening at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026.

We are extremely pleased to welcome Bianne Meredith to the Border Conveyancing team! 😃

Bianne has an extensive conveyancing and banking background after having spent the past 17 years at Hume Bank Albury branch (loans division).

Bianne will be looking after our NSW conveyancing administration matters, whilst Shelley Maher will continue to manage the administration of the Victorian transactions.

Julie Anfruns (our Licensed Conveyancer for both States) and also Shelley, wish Bianne all the best with her new career with Border Conveyancing. Bianne only started with us on Monday of this week, and she is a ‘gun’ already!!
