🟢⚪️ Ուրախությամբ հայտնում ենք, որ ⚖️ Լոզանի սպորտային արբիտրաժային դատարանը (CAS), քննելով մեր ներկայացված լայնածավալ բողոքը, ամբողջությամբ բավարարել է այն, այդպիսով վերացնելով մեր հաճախորդների վրա դրված ֆուտբոլային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու արգելքը։
Նույն 02.07.2020թ. աննախադեպ որոշմամբ ՀՖՖ-ն որակազրկել էր ընդհանուր 58 ֆուտբոլիստի և 5 հայկական ֆուտբոլային ակումբների, իսկ ՀՖՖ բողոքարկման կոմիտեն ամբողջապես մերժել էր բոլոր ներկայացված դիմում-բողոքները։ Այսպիսով, Լոզանի արբիտրաժը հաստատեց որ մեր հաճախորդներն արդար են և անմեղ։
‼Նման որոշումն ազդակ է բոլոր կողմերի համար՝ գործելու արդար և անաչառ, աշխատել միայն ի նպաստ հայկական ֆուտբոլի զարգացման։
‼️Միևնույն ժամանակ, ցանկանում ենք արձանագրել, որ մշտապես դեմ ենք եղել հայկական ֆուտբոլում անօրինականություններին և անարդարություններին, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ով է այն կատարում և ինչպես, ուստի մենք ևս գործադրելու ենք բոլոր հնարավոր ջանքերը ի նպաստ հայկական ֆուտբոլի և սպորտային իրավունքի զարգացմանը։
