We’re proud to announce that Andersen in Armenia had the privilege of acting as local counsel and advising the Joint Bookrunners on the successful US$600 million Eurobonds offering by Ardshinbank - the largest Armenian corporate Eurobonds issuance to date.

👉 The transaction involved the issuance of US$600 million 6.6% Loan Participation Notes due 2031, structured as a Regulation S/Rule 144A offering through a Dutch special purpose vehicle, with subsequent listing on Euronext Dublin. We were pleased to work alongside Sidley Austin LLP as lead counsel, and to collaborate closely with the teams at Citi, J.P. Morgan, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and Mashreq throughout the process.
