The property rental market in Armenia and globally is fragmented. There is a lack of communication and disconnect between tenants and landlords. This is seen when brokers meet tenants' rental needs with unrealistic options. The disconnect is further aided by brokers who create duplicate or fake listings online to attract false customer interest to then drive attention to their other unsuitable offerings.
Aside from the obvious, the rental industry in Armenia also lacks the necessary features that many medium and long-term tenants struggle to solve. Such as acquiring services and items needed to upkeep a liveable home.
