Կեղծ փաստաթղթերի գործով մեղադրանք Հայաստանում․ ի՞նչ պետք է իմանան օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները

Վերջին ամիսներին աճել են օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների, հատկապես ռուսաստանցիների դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործերը՝ կապված կեղծ փաստաթղթերի հետ։

Սցենարը ծանոթ է․ քաղաքացիության դիմում առցանց «խորհրդատվական» ընկերության միջոցով → հյուպատոսությունը հայտնաբերում է կեղծ փաստաթղթեր → գործը հայտնվում է Քննչական կոմիտեում → ընկերությունն անհետացած է, դիմողը՝ մենակ մեղադրանքի առաջ։

⚖️ ՀՀ ՔՕ 457-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված է մինչև 2 տարի ազատազրկում։

📌 Բայց կարևոր մի կետ կա․ մեղադրանքի համար պետք է ապացուցվի, որ դուք գիտակցաբար եք օգտագործել փաստաթուղթը։ Հենց այստեղ է հաճախ կառուցվում հաջող պաշտպանությունը։

Մեր նոր ուղեցույցում ներկայացրել ենք պատիժները, պաշտպանական ռազմավարությունները, և երբ արժե խոստովանել մեղքը՝ ի տարբերություն վիճարկելու։
