të cilët kanë mbaruar studimet universitare me rezultate të larta,apo dhe të jenë në vitin e fundit të studimeve. Në momentin e përzgjedhjes do të vlerësohen maksimalisht kandidatët e diplomuar jashtë vendit.
Njohja e një gjuhe të dytë të Bashkimit Evropian dhe referenca e punëdhënësit të mëparshëm, nëse kandidati ka pasur të tilla, do të vlerësohen si një vlerë e shtuar në momentin e shqyrtimit të kërkesave.
