اولین اجلاس موسس شبکه تلاش برای صلح (Peach Act ):
با توجه به وضع سیاسی و امنیتی افغانستان اشتراک کننده گان این جلسه ضرورت ایجاد یک شبکه را احساس نمودند که بتواند خشونت و جنگ اضافه از چهل دهه را در افغانستان خاتمه بدهند و بر بنیاد قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان و نورم های بین المللی حقوق بشری زمینه صلح و ثبات را برای تمام افغانها میسر بسازند. درک ضرورت چنین یک شبکه و فهالیتهای صلح آمیز درین موقع تاریخی که مذاکرات صلح بین حکومت افغانستان و طالبان جریان دارد به شدت احساس میگردد.
برای پیشرفت موفقیت آمیز مذاکرات صلح اشتراک کننده گان این جلسه روی اهداف مهم ستراتیژیک و فعالیتهای ذیل توافق کردند.
۱ هماهنگی فعالیتهای سازمانهای عضو در سرتاسر کشور جهت تقویه بیشتر جنبش صلح
۲ تشریک معلومات با مردم درباره مذاکرات صلح و مسایل مربوط به آن
۳ شامل ساختن مساله عدالت انتقالی در اجندا مذاکرات صلح بین حکومت افغانستان و تحریک طالبان و ازین طریق تضمین حقوق قربانیان جنگ در افغانستان
۴ تضمین حقوق اساسی بشری مردم افغانستان در مذاکرات صلح بین حکومت افغانستان و تحریک طالبان
۵ حمایت از دست آوردهای دو دهه اخیر در ساحه حقوق بشر و دیموکراسی در کشور و حفظ نظام سیاسی بر مبنایی این دست آوردها در آینده
سازمانهای جامعه مدنی ذیل درین جلسه اشتراک ورزیده بودند:‌

۴ سازمان خدمات تعلیمی و حرفوی زنان افغان (AWVSO)
۵ سازمان توسعه ظرفیت سازی زنان افغان (WSPPO)

د سولې هڅه (پیس اکټ) د شبکې د تاسیس لومړنۍ غونډه
د افغانستان اوسنۍ امنیتي او سیاسي وضعې ته په کتو سره د غونډې ګډونوالو د یوې داسې شبکې د تاسیس او فعالیت ضرورت احساس کړ، چې د څلورو لسیزو څخه زیاتو جګړو او نا امنۍ ته خاتمه ورکړي او د افغانستان د اسلامي جمهوریت د اساسي قانون او د نړیوالوبشري حقونود نورمونو سره برابر د ټولو افغانانو لپآره د یوه سو کاله ژوند زمینه برابره کړي. د دې ډول فعالیتونو اړتیا په خاص ډول په دې تاریخي موقع کې په شدت سره احساسیږي، چې د افغان حکومت او طالبانو تر منځ د سولې مذاکرې شروع شوي دي. د سولې د خبرو د بریالیتوب لپآره د شبکې ګډون والو د لاندنیو مهمو ستراتیژیکو هدفونو او فعالیتونو په اړه هوکړې ته رسیدلي:
۱. د اوسنیو ستونزو د سوله ییز حل لپاره د ټولو ګډون کوونکو سازمانونو او اشخاصو د فعالیتونو همغږي کول.
۲ د سولې د مذاکرو او اړونده ستونزو په اړه له خلکو سره د معلوماتو شریک کول.
۳ د سولې په خبرو کې د ټولو افرادو د بشري حقونو د تامین او تضمین لپاره له دواړو خواوو څخه د ډاډ حاصلول.
۴ د سولې د خبرو په اجندا کې د انتقالي عدالت د مسالې شاملول او له دې لارې د جګړو د قربانیانو د حقوقو اعاده کول او هغوي ته د اړول شویو زیانونو جبران ورکول.
۵ د تیرو دوو لسیزو په موده کې د مهمو سیاسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي لاس ته راوړنو تداوم او د افغانستان د دغو لاسته راوړنو، د خلکو غوښتنو او اړتیاوو پر بنسټ د راتلونکي نظام جوړول او پالنه.
د دې شبکې د تاسیس په لومړنۍ غونډه کې د مدني ټولنې لاندنیو اجتماعي سازمانونو او موسسو ګډون درلود.

The founding session of establishing Peace Act Network
Given the present security and political situation in the country the participants of this session realized the necessity of activism aimed at bringing the over four decades armed conflict in Afghanistan to an end and to provide the afghan population conditions necessary and in compliance with international democratic norms to live in peace and prosperity. The necessity of establishing this network has been in particular emphasized at this juncture as the peace talks between the afghan government and the armed opposition of Taliban is ongoing.
In order to ensure the success of the peace movement, the participants could reach a consensus over the following crucial objectives and strategic activities:
1- Coordinating the activities of member organizations to strengthen the peace movement further at national level
2- Sharing information on processes and events related to peace talks and other relevant processes
3- Incorporating the issues related to transitional justice into the agenda of peace talks between the afghan government and Taliban and to ensure through these measures the rights of the victims of armed conflict
4- Ensuring the fundamental human rights and freedoms of the afghan people in the peace negotiations between the afghan government and Taliban
5- Advocating for preserving the achievements of the past two decades in the area of human rights and democracy in the country and to keep the political system on this bases in the future
