For years, executors of non-Muslim wills registered in the DIFC faced a two-step path: probate in the DIFC, then enforcement before the Dubai courts. DIFC Law No. 2 of 2025 (issued 3 March 2025) changes this by confirming the DIFC Courts’ power to oversee enforcement of DIFC-registered wills directly.
