Role Overview
We are looking for a common law-qualified corporate lawyer/legal consultant with strong experience in corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border matters within the UAE and DIFC. Exposure to arbitration and disputes will be a strong advantage.

Key Requirements
• Common Law qualified with a strong academic background
• Minimum 4+ years PQE in corporate & commercial law
• Experience in top-tier international or leading regional law firms
• Expertise in:
– M&A and joint ventures
– Corporate restructuring & governance
– Private equity and regulatory advisory
• Strong knowledge of UAE & DIFC laws and cross-border transactions
• Experience in arbitration & commercial disputes (DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ADGM, ICC)
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating:
– Shareholders’ Agreements
– Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
– Joint Venture Agreements
• Strong commercial mindset with practical legal approach
• Excellent communication & client management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environments

Corporate Lawyer Job Description:

> We are searching for a talented personal assistant with a back ground as a corporate lawyer to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. The principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws/ common laws and regulations, while actively helping our law firm avoid possible legal risks and violations.
> Provide consultation on corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. And be able to follow with the legal team and insure appropriate update to the client and assist on day to day business control and office team management.
> The successful candidate must have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
> Prepare the appropriate legal documents / registration / search and assist on drafting for trial or common law court proceedings.
> Follow up with client and ensure regular update and arrange all meeting for the founder with client and take minuets and follow up to ensure the legal services are provided in line with internal policy and to prepare proposal for new businesses
> Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
> Protect the company against legal risks and violations and the legal services are provided on time .
> Examine the legal issues related to new cases and services.
> Negotiate deals as and when required and close follow up and update on behalf of the company.
> Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues and any changes to the laws to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in law.
> Licensed to practice law from a recognized Bar Association.
> A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
> Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
> Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
> Able to manage the office as directed by the manager
> Excellent communication and writing in English.

Corporate Lawyer
Abdulhakim Binherz Advocates & Legal Consultants, a regional law firm is looking for a common law qualified Corporate Lawyer to join its corporate and commercial team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 4 years prior training/work experience with a reputable law firm.
The candidate must possess sound knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, and complex agreements. Prior working experience in the region or exposure to matters arising out of the Middle East would be an advantage.
Candidates with fluency in English and already based in Dubai would be preferred for the instant vacancy. The candidate must also have an interest in and an aptitude for developing the firm's business and willingness to take on new challenges.
A brief of the required skills set is as under:
