Required Property Consultant for sales in our Dubai Office.
With Following Job Responsibilities:
a. To act as a representative for the company and negotiate the successful Sales of properties.
b. Work hard to fulfill their sales targets set out for them.
c. Advice property owners on market conditions and strive to fulfill their sales targets set out for them.
d. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their sales requirements and appropriate property is found.
e. Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property within the UAE.
f. Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their, commercial, residential, sale requirements.
g. Liaising with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
h. Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Accounts Division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.
Skills Required:
Must be bilingual i.e English with Arabic, and/or English with Russian.
Must have excellent communications and writing skills.
Must be persuasive and good with negotiations.
Must have UAE driver’s license.
Must be presentable.
Should have Market and area knowledge.
