Article No. 16 of Law No. 26 of 2007 regarding regulating the relationship between landlords and tenants of real estate in the Emirate of Dubai stipulates that :
The lessor shall be responsible, during the lease term, for the maintenance of the property and for repairing any malfunction or defect that affects the tenant's fulfillment of the intended benefit, unless the two parties agree otherwise.

✓ Dubai Rental Law specified cases for eviction of the leased property, and some of these cases are:

- Failure to pay rent installments for a period exceeding 30 days from the date of payment notice.

- If the property is sub-leased without the consent of the landlord.

- If the tenant uses the property for a purpose other than the one for which it was leased or uses it in a manner that violates the planning, building and land use regulations applicable in the emirate.

✓ The Rental Law also specified the cases in which the landlord has the right to request eviction of the tenant from the property at the end of the tenancy contract. Some of these cases are:

- Maintenance or restoration of the property, which must be carried out without occupying the property.

- If the owner of the property wishes to recover it for his personal use or for the use of any of his relatives up to the first degree, provided proving that he does not own a suitable alternative place for that purpose.

- If the property owner wishes to sell the leased property.

And for the purposes of Clause (2) of this Article:
The landlord shall notify the tenant of the reasons for vacating the property at least twelve months prior to the date specified for such eviction, provided that the notice is served by the notary public or registered mail.

Article 13 of Hindu Marriage Act specifies the cases in which either spouses may request a divorce from the other one. Some of these cases are:
1- Either spouse enters a sexual relationship with another person after solemnizing marriage.
2- Either spouse brutally treats the other.
3- Either spouse abandons the other for a period of not less than two years.
4- Either spouse is diagnosed with a mental disorder.
5- Infection of Either spouse with an infectious venereal disease.

Termination of Employment Relationship
Either the employee or the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract under a 30-day notice that shall not exceed 90 days
In case either party fails to adhere to the notice period, the defaulting party shall be obliged to pay the notice value to the other party.
