🔑 3 TIPS DURING PROPERTY TURNOVER

1️⃣ Inspect Everything Before Signing
Check the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical outlets, and fixtures. 📋
👉 Take photos/videos of any defects.

2️⃣ Check the Documents & Turnover Items
Make sure you receive the important documents, keys, access cards, manuals, and other items included in the turnover. 🔑📄

3️⃣ Document Everything
Take photos and videos of the entire unit and note any concerns in the turnover checklist. If there are defects, report them immediately to the proper property management/developer team. 📸
