My client couldn't make it to Dubai for their property snagging inspection, so I stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of! 🏙️🔑
Buying a property is a big investment, especially when you're living overseas. And the responsibility doesn't end once the deal is closed!
Today, I was on-site representing my client during the snagging process, making sure their new property was carefully inspected before handover. 🏗️
🔎 What does snagging involve?
✅ Checking walls, ceilings, flooring and finishing quality
✅ Inspecting doors, windows, fixtures and fittings
✅ Looking for visible defects, damages and incomplete work
✅ Checking that everything meets the expected handover standards
✅ Documenting issues that need to be rectified by the developer
💯 Why is snagging important?
Because even a brand-new property can have defects that need attention before you move in or hand it over to tenants.
