Financing is back in Dubai property.
This week the DLD logged AED 14.0B across 4,262 records, the strongest print in over a month. The standout was mortgages: AED 3.8B across 1,048 registrations, up around 52 percent in value and 42 percent in deals versus early June.
Off plan led sales value at AED 5.2B (1,013 deals). Ready homes led volume at AED 3.4B (2,004 deals). Gift transfers added AED 1.3B. The top trade was a AED 571m plot in City of Arabia.
Zoom out and H1 2026 closed at AED 286.43B across 86,005 deals. Pace cooled from 2025's record, but value held because buyers went bigger, not away.
With fixed rates near 4 to 5 percent and residents borrowing up to 80 percent, more buyers can make the math work. That is a confidence signal worth watching.
