1. 𝗡𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱
✅First Violation:➡ Written warning to fix within 30 days.
✅Second Violation:➡ AED 50,000 fine and a warning to correct within 30 days.
✅Third Violation:➡ AED 100,000 fine and a warning to correct.

2. 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲
✅ First Violation:➡ Written warning to fix within 30 days.
✅Second Violation:➡ AED 40,000 fine and a warning to correct within 15 days.
✅Third Violation:➡ AED 80,000 fine and a warning to correct.

3. 𝗡𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱
✅First Violation:➡ AED 50,000 fine and a warning to correct within 30 days.
✅Second Violation:➡ AED 100,000 fine and a warning to correct.

4. 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

✅Second Violation:➡ AED 30,000 fine and a warning to correct within 15 days.
✅Third Violation:➡ AED 60,000 fine and a warning to correct.

✅First Violation:➡ Written warning to fix within 30 days.
✅Second Violation:➡ AED 15,000 fine and a warning to correct within 15 days.
✅Third Violation:➡ AED 30,000 fine and a warning to correct.

✅Second Violation:➡ AED 50,000 fine and a warning to correct within 30 days.

✅Second Violation:➡ AED 15,000 fine and a warning to correct within 15 days.
✅Third Violation:➡ AED 30,000 fine and a warning to correct.

9. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
✅First Violation:➡ Written warning to fix within 30 days.
✅Second Violation:➡ AED 5,000 fine and a warning to correct within 15 days.
✅Third Violation:➡AED 10,000 fine and a warning to correct.

The provisions hereof shall apply to legal persons licensed or registered in the UAE, including non-financial free zones, in violation of the provisions of aforementioned Cabinet Resolution No. (109) of 2023.
