In 1991, initially, the firm was established as “Hammad & Associates”, the Law Firm has been renamed “Yousuf Bin Hammad & Associates” due to changes in the regulations for Emirati advocates in 2015.

Yousuf Bin Hammad & Associates is a fully licensed law firm, accredited to the courts of all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates as well as the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), distinguishing it from international law firms, which are only entitled to provide consultation but not representation.

The Law Firm employs both male and female lawyers from the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Germany, carefully chosen by specialization and experience of the respective lawyer in order to meet the highest standards and to guarantee the highest level of quality of legal services.
