ORA Developers’s Bayn is a large-scale luxury beachfront master community positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in the Ghantoot coastal corridor.
It is ORA’s first UAE project and is being developed as a mixed-use waterfront destination focused on villas, townhouses, apartments, hospitality, retail, marinas, and leisure infrastructure.
