الفرق ما بين الطلاق والفسخ والخلع
الطلاق :هو حل عقد الزواج بالصيغة المخصصة شرعاً ويقع من الزوج ومن الممكن أن يتم بالتراضي
الفسخ :هو نقض للعقد وحل لإرتباط الزوجية من الأصل وكأنه لم يكن ويكون بحكم القاضي
الخلع : هو طلب الزوجة إنهاء عقد الزواج بعوض يأخذه الزوج منها بألفاظ مخصصة
difference between divorce, annulment, and dissolution
Divorce: It is the dissolution of the marriage contract in the form specified religiously, and it takes place by the husband, and it can be done by mutual consent
Annulment: It is the nullification of the contract and the dissolution of the marital bond from the original, as if it did not exist, and will be by the judgment of the judge
Khula’: It is the wife’s request to terminate the marriage contract in return for compensation that the husband takes from her using specific words
