ED-UNZA SCHOLARSHIP BENEFICIARIES MEET PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA

Ten students enrolled at the University of Zimbabwe under the ED-UNZA Scholarship Fund have met the scholarship’s patron, His Excellency The President Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.

The latest beneficiaries will pursue studies in medicine and engineering, receiving an opportunity to build their careers while contributing to Zimbabwe’s development.

The ED-UNZA Scholarship continues to demonstrate the Second Republic’s commitment to education, skills development and human capital development in pursuit of Vision 2030.

His Excellency The President Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa today officially commissioned the new US$15 million Davipel Group Headquarters and state-of-the-art stock feed processing plant in Sunway City.

The investment is a strong vote of confidence in Zimbabwe’s economic reforms and a major step towards local value addition, job creation, industrialisation and strengthening the manufacturing sector.

Agriculture remains the foundation of our nation’s prosperity, and investments such as the Davipel plant are critical in building a resilient and self-sustaining economy.

The commissioning further demonstrates the Second Republic’s commitment to private sector-led development and the attainment of Vision 2030.
