Coming from a highly successful career at Primedia Broadcasting spanning over 14 years, and being respo

nsible as the Sales Manager Cape Town for regional revenue targets, I decided to follow my first passion: PROPERTY, with the goal of becoming one of the most successful real estate agents in Cape Town. My passion for property stems back to early 2003, where I took the "risk" to buy in the first residential conversions in the CBD, namely Mutual Heights and Cartwrights Cnr. I saw the dream and vision for the CPT CBD, to follow in the footsteps of some of the most successful cities in the world, like New York, London and Milan, to name but a few. Today that dream is a complete reality. The properties I own in these buildings have been beautifully renovated and fetch one of the highest short term rental returns in Cape Town. My unique selling point as a Real Estate Agent, is sharing this information with Sellers and Buyers alike and building trust in order for sellers to know that they are dealing with an expert in the block and buyers to have the peace of mind that they are buying into sound investments. What can I say... Real Estate is in my blood. Any agent will admit that liking people and property is only the tip of the iceberg in this profession. But with that said, I really do love houses - Old houses, new houses, Victorian, modern, big and small. I jumped all over the chance to work in Building Design since the beginning of my career where I was also fortunate to manage complex project developments worth billions of rands. I decided to shift my focus after moving to Cape Town 10 years ago to manage the sales team of a high-end marble & granite supplier; I soon discovered that building and interiors go hand in hand with the real estate market, which inevitably led me on my current path of becoming a well-versed, go-the-extra-mile realtor - And boy, time really does fly when you’re having fun!
