You loose time, money, opportunity, it is damaging to your reputation and can lower a person's self esteem.

How much time and energy do you waste procrastinating and how much do you get in return? Time is money and time wasted cannot be regained.

How much time do you waste on research before implementing an idea or plan? Again time is of the essence. Would it not be best to try and fail then let an idea die in notepads or even worse, it gets implemented by another person maybe close to you.
