A year ago, I entered the real estate industry with no million-rand sales record and no massive rental portfolio behind my name.
What I did have was a willingness to learn, adapt, and work harder every day.
Since then, I've had the opportunity to manage rentals in Pezula Golf Estate and The Knysna Heads, helping owners generate great income while they're abroad. I've marketed properties for sale from one-bedroom apartments to luxury properties worth over R15 million.
My background in Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing allows me to market properties differently. In today's market, it's not enough to simply list a property, you need to make it stand out.
I'm also currently completing my degree in Business Informatics, continuously growing my understanding of business, technology, and marketing.
One thing I've learned? Real estate isn't about how long you've been in the industry, it's about how committed you are to getting results. Besides, I spend so much time looking at property photos these days that I can probably tell you the difference between fifty shades of white paint. 😅
