We are looking to appoint a Junior Deceased Estates Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with deceased estates administration
Sound knowledge of the estate administration process
Experience with Master’s Office procedures and documentation
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work accurately and manage deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Excellent communication and client liaison skills

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the administration of deceased estates
Preparing and lodging documentation with the Master of the High Court
Drafting correspondence and estate documentation
Liaising with clients, banks, SARS, and the Master’s Office
Maintaining and updating estate files and records
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team in a professional legal environment.

Must have hands-on experience with Nedbank bonds
Experience with at least one additional bank’s bond registrations (e.g. ABSA, FNB, Standard Bank, or others)
Ability to work independently and manage files from instruction to registration
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

We were spoiled with stunning weather, great company, and plenty of laughs from start to finish. The vibe on the course was as bright as the sunshine, making it a truly memorable experience.

Our “wet hole” definitely added a splash of fun, with lots of smiles and a few unforgettable moments along the way! 💦
