Sannai Technology Limited is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager for the Rajshahi Zone (Natore, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Chapainawabganj). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing territory sales operations, expanding dealer and retail networks, and ensuring strong market presence for mobile accessories and electronic products within the assigned zone.

โช๏ธ Manage and develop sales operations across Natore, Rajshahi, Naogaon and Chapainawabganj
โช๏ธ Regular market visits to retailers, dealers, and distribution points within the assigned territory
โช๏ธ Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets
โช๏ธ Expand dealer and retailer network in the territory
โช๏ธ Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility in retail shops
โช๏ธ Execute promotional campaigns, market activation, and trade offers
โช๏ธ Collect orders and coordinate with head office for timely delivery
โช๏ธ Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
โช๏ธ Maintain strong relationship with dealers and retail partners
โช๏ธ Ensure company policies and payment collection procedures are properly followed

โช๏ธ Minimum Bachelorโs degree in any discipline
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
โช๏ธ Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile accessories field sales

โช๏ธ Sales Incentive: Attractive incentive on achieving monthly sales targets (as per company policy)

โช๏ธ Daily Allowance (DA): BDT 150
โช๏ธ Festival Bonus: As per company policy
โช๏ธ Probation Period: 6 months
